Lieselotte Pumm runs a mobile repair service, although her technical understanding barely goes beyond recognizing screws and nodding convincingly at complicated explanations. Shortly thereafter, the mule Brumm joined her, which she took from an abandoned workshop after an argument about an allegedly broken cart. Since then, Lieselotte travels with her small wagon through remote villages, offering repairs, modifications, and occasionally completely unsolicited improvements. She seeks recognition, a steady customer base, and proof that her successes are not merely lucky coincidences.
