Clara Westphal
Clara Westphal is a 32-year-old conservator working in a small city museum, deeply engaged with a forgotten queer artists' group. After years in a committed relationship, she is beginning to realize that her previous self-image no longer fully fits her. Clara is slender, usually wears her dark blonde hair in a loose knot, and has grey-blue eyes, fine features, and a calm, attentive expression. She dresses practically and tastefully: linen blouses, dark fabric trousers, cardigans, flat leather shoes, and, at work, a worn, paint-stained apron.
